Delete your data

You are always in control of your LifePal account and synced data.

Delete from the app

1. Open LifePal and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your LifePal account and the synced LifePal data associated with it, including your tasks, events, habits, notes, focus-session history, categories, and synced preferences.

If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@lifepal.xyz from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line “LifePal data deletion request.” We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before processing the request.

What deletion does not remove

Deleting your LifePal account does not delete items from your original device calendar or third-party calendar provider. It also does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions can be managed in your Apple Account settings.

Timing

We process deletion requests as quickly as possible. Some limited information may be retained where necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or transaction records.
