Privacy policy
Last updated September 3, 2026
LifePal is designed to help you organize your life with care. This notice explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we receive the account details provided by your sign-in method, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. We also store the content you choose to add to LifePal, including tasks, events, habits, notes, task categories, focus sessions, and your feature preferences.
Optional device permissions
LifePal only accesses device features after you give permission. Calendar access lets us show selected device-calendar events in your timeline. Screen Time access is used to let you select distracting apps and apply a shield during an active focus session. Alarm access is used only when you enable a focus alarm. We do not use these permissions to read unrelated information.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and sync LifePal, display your plan, maintain your account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. If you use the AI Coach, we send the context and message needed to generate its response through our secured service providers. Do not include sensitive personal information in your coach messages.
Service providers and advertising measurement
We use Firebase to provide authentication and cloud data storage. We use PostHog for product analytics; text inputs are masked in session replay. Payment and subscription processing, where available, is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. If you allow tracking through Apple's system prompt, we use Meta App Events to measure advertising effectiveness. Meta receives only limited event data about app launches, completed registrations, and completed LifePal Plus purchases. We do not send your tasks, calendar events, notes, voice recordings, email address, or LifePal account identifier to Meta.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only to operate LifePal, to measure advertising when you permit tracking, when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction. Your calendar provider remains the source of your device-calendar data.
Your choices and retention
You can manage calendar visibility, focus features, notifications, and tracking permission in the app or in your device settings. You may request deletion at any time from your LifePal profile. Account deletion permanently removes your LifePal account and synced data, subject to limited retention where required for security, legal compliance, or transaction records.
